Description
The Wireless N Range Expander is the easiest way to expand wireless coverage in your home or small office. Just put it in between your wireless router and the dead spot in your area that you want to cover. It is designed to "repeat" signals into the far, hard-to-reach areas of your home or office. Eliminating the need to run cables lets you build a wireless network in a most cost effective way. The Wireless-N Range Expander works with most Wireless access points and wireless routers, and is compatible with Wireless-B, G, and N devices. Installation is a snap with push-button setup. Just plug it in and press the button. There is also an easy to use installation wizard for more complicated setups.

I?ve been through the setup 3 times with successful connection each time and trouble shot per the instruction; STILL does not work. Its LED's indicate that it is working properly, but 10 feet away, the signal strength is no stronger than without it. Wasted almost 3 hours on this.
I am Returning it.

Ok, I'm your average guy who dousn't take the time to register and write reviews. But, this product has finally fixed a problem I've had for 4 years. I've used 3 different routers. My master is all the way across my large 1 story house from the office where my router is located. Bottom line. from 2 yellow bars to 3 green bars. If you have my problem ....buy this product! I have a WPS router so installation took pushing two buttons. WPS basically means you sinc your router and this range extender by pushing the WPS button on both devices. If it last... It was dang worth the price.

I researched the EnGenius ERB-9250 Wireless Range Extender on a couple of sites with extensive reviews offering both technical and installation considerations. For its cost and advertised capabilities, I decided it would solve my problem: provide a wireless signal to theTV room in the far end of a one-story ranch house, where the router is located at the opposite end of the long house. It works, although my D-Link DIR-635 router "does not support WPS." This meant that I could not use the advertised one-touch installation wizard, and had to do a little, easy keying in of IP address numbers on my laptop in the Manual Configuration mode. The new Samsung smart TV that could not get a signal before is now streaming video fast, and I get 5 bars on my laptop in that room, compared to 1/none before. It has an ethernet port, too. The small piece of equipment needs a plug, and can be wall-mounted--I mounted it beside a light switch on a far wall.
